Fulton Valley has a 100% CERTIFIED ORGANIC program. Oversight by Organic Certifiers from Ventura California guarantees the integrity of our program. We carry Whole Body Birds Poly Bagged. We also have a full line of boned and cut up parts available in bulk and traypack. Fulton brings in ORGANIC birds twice a week to fill the orders. The more birds required, the more we will grow. We believe this to be a growth area to be filled as needed.

Roasters
Fulton Valley Farms produces the finest Roasting Chickens money can buy. We raise our birds the extra weeks required, with the finest feed to bring ROASTERS to you that are the most flavorful largest and best eating chicken available. All of our Roasters are grown from our Range birds which contribute greatly to their traditional flavor. Fulton ROASTERS have frequently been referred to as "the best kept secret in the Bay Area". We strongly suggest you try one and see if you agree. Currently available only in whole body form we pack the different grades separately. Fulton Valley has just introduced a poly bagged Roaster suitable for the self serve counter. Generally packed 10hd per case. Roasters are processed and delivered weekly.
